Performance Training: (includes boarding expenses)
- Full Service : $575/month Limited time only
- Halter Conditioning/Fitting : $525/month
- Equine Health or injury rehabilitation: - Call for price & availability
Riding Lessons:
- School horse 1/2 lease: $250.00/month *one lesson a week included
- Private Riding lessons: $40.00/ 1/2hr
- Shared Lessons: 2 students: $20.00/ 1/2 hr
- Semi-Private Class: 3 to 4 students: $15.00/hr
- Riding Clinics: $250.00/day
- Video consults : $35.00/tape
Riding lessons must be scheduled in advance. Lesson horses available.

Other expenses:
- Sales Commission 10% of sale price
- Stallion commission 10% of each breeding fee
Showing and Show related fees:
- GTC Show fees vary and will be provided prior to remitting show entries.
- Show entry and stall fees are the responsibility of the owner and are not included in GTC show fees.
- Show, Photo,Video prep and groom: $50.00
- Body Clip: $150.00
- Transportation fee $1.00/mile.
Special hauling arrangements can be provided with additional charges.
- Veterinary/farrier fees are the responsibility of the Owner
